Inquiry forms: your name, email address, optional phone number, and the content of your message.

Registration forms: the player's full name, date of birth, preferred position, a photograph of the player, the parent or guardian's name and contact number, and the preferred training location.

We use the information to respond to inquiries, process registrations, schedule training sessions, and contact the parent or guardian about academy matters.

Player photographs are used internally to identify players at training sessions and matches. They are not published publicly without explicit consent.

We do not sell or rent your information. Coaches and authorized academy staff may access registration data as needed to perform their duties.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of our players.

Submissions are stored on our secure backend infrastructure. Access is limited to academy administrators using password protection.

We take reasonable measures to protect data, but no online service can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Registrations are submitted by a parent or guardian on behalf of a minor. By submitting the registration form, the parent or guardian consents to the collection and use of the player's information as described in this policy.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
